60 Minute Sessions
Many training options from up to 5x/week are available. Sessions for as little as 24.75/session plus the current promotion! See below for general info and structure for personal training packages. Please contact me so I can match you with the proper plan and package! I have training packages to meet the needs of every health and fitness budget!
Bronze Member Packages: 4 Week
When you train with me each package includes full phone and email support. I am available to you 24/7 for as long as you are active on a package!
Gold Member Packages: 8 weeks
- Save 10% per session when compared to Bronze packages
Diamond Member Packages: 12 weeks
- Save 20% per session when compared to Bronze packages
30 minute sessions
- Save 45% off/session when compared to the 1 hour personal training package deals. Basic, Gold, and Diamond member packages.
Semi-private personal training. Save by training with up to 4 others at a time.
- 35 minute sessions
- 5 week programs minimum of 2x/week

An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Vegas Personal Training's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:

Strength, Resistance, & Cardiovascular Training
I will guide you through a custom tailored program that will burn fat, increase strength, increase endurance, muscle tone, cardiovascular and aerobic strength and endurance, and whatever specific other goal you have. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.
Nutrition Coaching
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will make you accountable for what you eat. You will learn how to make better overall food choices. You will learn about supplements that will give you that extra edge to not only boost your exercise intensity but to help shred that stubborn fat!
Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals. I fill out workout journals for each and every session!
24/7 Phone or email support
You will not only have awesome work out sessions with me but learn how to do them on your own! All my clients are able to reach me 24 hours a day 7 days a week with any of their fitness questions!
