“I Can Now Go Shopping and Fit Into a Size 12 Rather Than a Size 20.”

When I first started at LH Fitness I weighted 226LB.  I never exercised. I ate all the wrong foods and at all the wrong times. Starting up with LH Fitness that first day for my initial consultation was the hardest but best thing I’ve ever done.  I had tried for so long to convince myself things weren’t really that bad. I walked away from that first day angry at myself but also determined and motivated to finally make a change for the better. I didn’t want to be that person anymore. It was just the wakeup call I needed.

Lance educated me on what foods I should be eating, and most importantly, at what times.  I found all the education extremely helpful and interesting and this opened my eyes to a lot of new things that actually worked and were simple and easy to stick to.

Having smaller goals to focus on and work towards on the way to my main goals, as well as being held accountable each week for what I was eating and drinking has been a huge part of my achievements so far.

I realized just how achievable my main goals really were. Now with my new positive attitude, a little know how, and of course with the help of my trainers I now know that I can achieve absolutely anything I want.
